i just noticed that to download anything fomr garrysmod.org
i was just wondering if that is safe to do.

Then you should be logged into GMod.org on your steam account!

It is because people that didnt buy the game were stealing bandwidth. Now, only people that have actually bought the game, in theory anyway, can download files off of gmod.org.
If you cant login, make sure you have the correct details, and make sure you bought GMod.
Really dont understand people who pirate this game. Its really cheap and can last forever. If you dont think it is worth paying for, then you shouldnt play it.
