• Where can I find info.txt and/or addon.txt

Hello. I'm new to Steam and Garry's Mod, but I'm still learning how to use them. I've been have script error signs in GMOD with addons. I tried looking for info.txt and/or addon.txt, but either I really can't find it or I wasn't looking all the way. Can anyone help me with it. But without doing something illegal and/or will and may cause computer viruses and malware. Just a safety suggestion, because I just got my computer fixed and cleaned recently. I have a Windows 8 laptop. Thank you. [editline]20th April 2014[/editline] I though this was also for help and support. How do I remove this thread? I apologize for posting this here.
