I just noticed this morning when I went to work on some projects, that a number of the spawn menus were missing from the props tab. The most noticeable ones missing are 'HL2 Lost Coast' and 'HL2:Ep1' spawn menus. I think a HL2 list is missing too, but I'm not positive. Some of their models are also missing from the "Useful Construction Props" and "Useful Comic Props" lists.
I checked the Gmod Settings, and it lists both games as installed and enabled. Oddly, while HL2:Ep2 shows up under props, the Gmod Settings menu lists it as "Not Available"
To try to get past this, I decided to dig through the browse tab, which seems to be in an even worse condition. Very few spawn icons have loaded, no subfolders will open, and nearly all folders appear to be empty, with the exception of "Garrys Mod" (lists four models), "HL2", and "All" (which only contains Objects from the "HL2" and "Garrys Mod" folders.
Gmod is a relatively recent install, still pretty clean, I've only added a few maps and models as addons, nothing that changes the function of the game as far as I know; all have been used in the past with no ill effects.
Yesterday I purchased and installed Counter Strike Source, which seems to be working fine, but I don't see how it could have affected the spawn lists for other games.

Reinstalled Gmod, it solved the browsing problem, but the spawn lists are still missing from the props menu.
The HL2 Ep2 thing is a glitch or something; apparently I should have known that >.<
At least I now have access to (most of) the props I need.
So...three days no replies. :/
