Every SWEP has a the big red ERROR sign for spent bullets!

When I shoot any swep except for one (All WWII DOD SWEPS) it ejects spent casings as ERROR. It is really annoying! It's on EVERY SINGLE SWEP THAT I DOWNLOAD! Please help!
