• Disabling Explosions?

Due to my utterly CRAPPY computer. A concentrated amount of Explosions will crash my computer. Is there anyway to disable explosions client-side?
When cheats are enabled you can do r_drawparticles 0 in the console. So without sv_cheats 1, There is no way you can disable them.
