Well, learn to spell first so we understand anything of what you're saying.
Well, to snap things to props precisely you need an addon called Smart Snap tool.
And try using that [b]Shit[/b]+E rotate thing with Phys Gun :P.
With Easy Precision you can rotate after Moving/Welding/etc. with the tool.
You should try improving your spelling [b]precision[/b] first.
