After a nice saved game at gmod, I played the same saved again but when using tools they all stop working like in the picture. I tried exiting and launching it. so I seem to noticed there's a problem.

After loading the game try killing yourself, thats always worked for me.
Indeed. FYI, savegames never work too well. I'd suggest using Adv Duplicator.
