I used to run a Gmod build server a few years back. I have started a new server and I am running the ULX admin mod. Could you please suggest some mods that I should be running. I can't seem to find a spam protect mod, I thought ULX had it built in but it doesn't seem to have it.

I was being serious. You don't really need PHX3 but I would recommend it.

Every server has PHX now apparently (due to updates).
