Gmod crashes when I click on a prop with my phys gun

Ok so I downloaded some maps for Gmod and they weren't any good so i left the maps and went to gm_construct, I spawned a chair and when i clicked on it to move it with the phys gun Gmod froze for a second and then crashed.... PLEASE HELP!!!

What are your pc specs?

1.5 GB Ram
1.1 GHz Ram

That's all I know, and yes I can run gmod cause I fixed it and now I can play perfectly, no lag unless I join a crowded server....

I got it fixed and gmod works perfectly fine on my PC
