Spawn protection script?

I've seen a lot of scripts, but they either do not work as it should, or not working at all.
My hand cant do it, because I do not know lua, may be little.
I tried looking for where to buy, but did not find.

I haven't found it. I get it not from Coderhire, but there is no spawn protection. Writes that available DLS.
