Garrysmod Update Spawned a new error

lua\includes\modules\draw.lua:195: attempt to index local 'color' (a nil value)

that is the thus found error.
It has only been happening since the Garrysmod update of 7/29/10. It happens to multiple players and random times. The server is the Conjoint Gaming TTT Server (66.150.214.82:27017).

I have been unable to pinpoint when it happens but i know it can be fixed with rejoining the server. Nothing has changed lua side to cause this error except for the Garrysmod update.

The Addons on the server:
Evolve Admin Mod - Modified
TTT Custom weapons, icons, models, ect.

The only things i can think of that may cause it is the Evolve admin Notify function or something Garry forgot.
