I have a DarkRP server with weapons from madcows weapon pack. Each time I do or other players join they must download all 200 files from madcows weapon pack each time. Another server that uses madcows weapon pack makes you download it one time and never download it again. I am not sure why my server is diffrent. I am also using FastDL if that matters.
Install gentoo, it fixed mine.
You need to add them to FastDL if you have it activated.
