Is there some addon or something to clean up the dead bodies of the NPC's ?
If you mean how dead ragdools just lay there and everything, make sure you turn on Keep Ragdolls under Npc settings.
you can then collide with them and can do stuff like posing if you want etc etc, but most importantly you can remove them.
