i cant find it any where i tried to make a new file but it still didnt work someone please HELP me.
make a folder in steam/steamapps/username/garrysmod/garrysmod/ called gamemodes, if that doesn't work, reinstall gmod
Try typing the directory yourself, maybe you made it hidden so you can't enter it. Do so by going to your garrysmod/garrysmod map, and type /gamemodes with it, so garrysmod/garrysmod/gamemodes is typed in, and click on enter, and see if it can find a map.

Usually it is in C:/
it didnt work i still dont have gamemodes folder
i think the main thing is... Can you STILL play Sandbox/Fretta servers?
