No matter where I use the tool on the prop, it moves all props diagonally to where I moved them. So basically, it works, but it skews it for some reason.
Does anyone want me to get screenshots?
A video would be better at illustrating the problem you have here.

Freeze the prop in midair in the same angles you want it to be after using the tool. Usually works for me.
However, this isn't even a problem at all, as on the picture I can see that it has spun the prop to a perfect 90 degree angle from the prop it sits on. Since easy precision has a snap-rotation feature, you can easily turn it 90 degrees to make it perfect.
