I searched around a bit, but was unable to find, an RSS feed for the main news page of garrysmod.com
It would be nice to have. I know there's one for comments on individual news posts, but I didn't see one for the news itself. Apologies if this already exists and I missed it.

That's what I was looking for. Suppose I should've just tried adding a /rss after the homepage url but I didn't think of it. (I tried garrysmod.com/news/rss) Thanks.
As far as I know, it's the convention to put a link to an RSS feed if a page has one, so if I were Garry, I'd put one somewhere on the home page.
Most browsers should pick up the feed, it is listed as an alternate.
