Whenever minimizing garrysmod (windowed) and opening it back up again the graphics fail to restart and you have to open the console and type "disconnect", which will disconnect you from the server and take you to the menu where the graphics will restart.
But another, stranger bug is this:
This seems to happen to me a lot, especially after alt+tabbing back into the game (windowed, not minimized). It's like all of the loaded textures are just shuffled or something. Anybody else have this bug? Here are some screenshots:

update your drivers?
Don't alt+tab?
Anyhow, what are your system specs?
Have you checked your temperatures? You might be experiencing heat artifacts.
