Unable to connect to remote server (0.0.0.0:0) help!

Hello,

I have recently started my own server on gmod, i am doing this through a paid host at [url]http://gtxgaming.co.uk/[/url] , and i did not have much trouble. now i want to change the game mode from sandbox to Darkrp. i have installed darkrp to the server without problem, but when i do the command rcon sv_defaultgamemode DarkRP , it tells me Unable to connect to remote server (0.0.0.0:0). i have absolutely no idea what this means and i dont know what to do about it, ive done some researching but i only found posts with this problem with dedicated servers run through your own router.
please help. :(

ok i connected in-game to my server and did the command rcon_password <my pass> and then rcon sv_defaultgamemode DarkRP, it then tells me
autokick is disabled for [HDRPR] Dominator (Clan Admin)

i tried the command sv_defaultgamemode DarkRP but nothing happened. i restarted the server aswell but nothing changed...

than is it good. than you do in console (game) rcon command. zoals rcon say hi
