This just started to happen since the new update and I'm not sure what it is, all I know is that when I choose a map in single player it loads right but when it gets to the "Initializing game data" part it just freezes there. I did just about everything, I reset steam, I removed about half of my addons, and I also re-installed gmod. I'm not sure if the new update made a specific addon make it so it couldn't start single player or something but for now I'm at a loss. My computer specs are just fine since gmod worked before and absolutely nothing has changed on my computer. If anyone can help please do so.
Delete all your addons.
I love how there's already 4 other posts about this on the front page of this forum, and they just keep rolling in
