Well there are really much releases that are violating rings from the authors that made them, even without asking the proper permission to pack/release it anywhere else.
So my question is who do i contact to delete these illegal submissions ?
Like:

And more, as they are not in their rights to upload it to garrysmod.org or anywhere else without the proper permissions. So who do i contact to remove these submissions ?
You don't. Report them and if garry sees them as violating anything they'll be taken down.
Where can i report them can't find any report button on the site...
Email garry or PM him via the forums.
