[Gmod Server] Server List Problem and Not Loading DarkRP On Startup

Hello whenever i start up my server it never loads up Darkrp i have to run the commands "gamemode darkrp" then do "map rp_downtown_v4c_v2" how do i fix that my start.bat looks like

srcds.exe -console -game gmod +host_workshop_collection 263980156 -authkey (my Authkey) +map rp_downtown_v4c_v2 +maxplayers 64 -ip (my Ip) +hostport 27016

I Fixed The Second Part Already Had The Ip in the console wrong
