How would I be able to create Ragdolls for Gmod on a mac?

I might sound noobish or very inexperienced to some of those people out there for asking this but i would love to make my own ragdolls or maybe even NPC's eventually. I own a mac and I'm pretty sure there are other Mac users out there with the same question. Oh and also keep in mind that I am 16 and do not have any kind of income at the moment so paying for anything is out of the option. And don't any of you go telling me to grow up or get a job or start saying things just because I am young. And I really don't want to here anything about me not being capable or smart enough to be able to make a ragdoll or NPC. All I need is a push in the right direction
