as the title says, i get fps lag when aiming, if i scroll slowly its fine and keeps the fps but any faster and it just chops and chops.
V-sync is forced off on the comp/mouse acceleration is off

as in iron sights in a SWEP pack? I think it depends on the SWEP pack.
no, just looking around in general, as in with the hl2 weps, or phys gun/crowbar, etc.

it has to be the mouse considering when im in the menus while a game is going on if i move the mouse around quickly it still drops my fps
