I have used Xenon for a while, they used to be terrible. Unstable hosts, snarky support... But for these last two mounths, they've been great.

I know this is not relevant to this thread, but I would like to share.
I had to wait seven days (seriously, that is not exaggerated) for a response to a simple bandwidth related inquiry via ticket at Joe's Datacenter back when I colocated with them. So, while it is completely irrelevant to this thread... be happy you were getting a response within the hour. ;)
But yeah, the support has definitely stepped up a notch at Xenon.

Well, yeah, that was my point, I was giving them a simple "pat on the shoulder" if you will. But, he just had to dig his claws into it.
