Okay so how would I go about giving someone access to JUST a selection of powers without having to make a new group?
[b]ulx userallow <user> <command> [<revoke>][/b] - Specifically allows the user access to command.
[b]ulx userdeny <user> <command> [<revoke>][/b] - Specifically denies the user access to command.
