After the latest update, my game freezes after i load up a map in Singleplayer. First i load the map then when it's loaded completely, screen turns black and it freezes and i have to CTRL-ALT-DEL. Here is my addons folder.

You have SVNed addons in your folder, that slows down your Gmod more than a regular addon. If your PC is already bad then it can be crashed.

Also, post your PC specs
My old Windows XP computer with 1GB of RAM could easily (albeit slowly) load that many addons even with SVN. OP, I would still export those repositories.
Unless the OP's computer is absolute SHIT, though, it wouldn't and shouldn't cause a crash, it would just take freaking forever.
He has a good computer, i don't know exact specs, but it's not something that would struggle with Garry's Mod.
I run Gmod with max settings over 100-500 fps all the time, i can't be arsed to post specs now.

Okay i found out that the problem was addon that doesn't work with the latest version. Gonna check which one it is and delete it.
Maybe the Stalker NPC
Stalkers have a looong history of making a mess in Gmod
I will post here the standard troubleshooting steps these work for 95% of these common issues.
We can try to troubleshoot this in a few easy steps.
1. Windows updated make sure you have them.
2. Graphics card and GPU updated
3. Motherboard updated if needed
4. Shut down your computer and start it back up (nit a restart)
5. Verify the game cache of Garry’s mod.
6. Do an antivirus, spyware, and anti rookit scan. I would suggest adware pro.
7. make sure all the svn's are up to date
8. Runa disk cleanup and a disk defragment of your whole computer
9.. And last shut off steam, go to the steam install directory and delete ClientRegistry.blob and AppUpdateStats.blob empty your recycle bin, restart your computer and start up steam. These are general trouble shoot instructions follow them well and if doing all these don’t work post back and I have another solution however it is complicated.

I found the problem was Sharpeye and Inscript, weird. I'll wait for a fix for them so i can play well while using them.
That is pretty weird judging by the fact my Sharpeye works perfectly fine. Have you SVN updated it recently?

Yes, and i proved that the problem is Sharpeye. First i tried with Sharpeye, freezed. After i moved it away from my addons folder, game worked just fine.

Ah, now it works with Sharpeye only, but if i use Inscript and Sharpeye at the same time, it freezes. They are conflicting somehow.
