i have a idea to moderate better on servers.
A ulx hit marker that only can see people whit permission
like:
!addmark (user)
!marklist (to see whos marked)
!delmark (to delete whos marked)
The marker can be red or just like this:

If you weren't so rude and opened your eyes you would see a lot of stuff has been showcased in this mega thread with no download links.
Just encourages deathmatching even more. A quick permaban to ANY rule breaker is what I've always done. If they care enough to stay and want to play on the server, and aren't just "trolling", they'll make a ban appeal.
