I would like to know if it is possible to get the all these game contents for garry's mod. I have TF2, but on another account and it doesnt seem to add up to my gmod on this account.

Anyway, I'm sorry for the curtness; there have been a lot of pirates on here lately. Unfortunately, you'll need to have purchased TF2 on the same account as GMod in order for GMod to mount that content. Same goes for Portal. HL2 content, however, is by default included with GMod because it comes with the Source SDK, which came with Counter-Strike Source.
TL;DR GMod can't mount TF2 because it's not on the same Steam account.

Only the full games are allowed to be mounted.
