From [URL=https://github.com/prefanatic/exsto]Exsto's GitHub[/URL], it looks like it is no longer maintained. Does anyone still use Exsto, and are there any major issues that I should know about before making it my admin mod?
Exsto works fine, I currently use it myself and have it set up with MySQL without any problems. I suggest using it over other admin mods like bloatware ULX, if you need any help just ask.

I used it on a server I used to administrate, and I admit it was a very good admin mod (way better than ULX). I guess I'll try it out, as I've been looking for a mod with MySQL support so I can have permissions across multiple servers.
