Sandbox maps for other gamemodes

I did a quick google search and only got results for top gamemodes/maps.

Is it possible to open a map in sandbox, customize it, and then play that customized map for other gamemodes?

I don't think so; I remember there being a [URL="http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=960173"]Prop Saver addon[/URL], but I'm not sure if it works cross-gamemode.

Just make the props persistent. Dosent that work cross gamemode?
