Making jobs isn't hard, there's actually an online generator for this if you look around. And what do you intend to do in return? You're obviously going to make money off of this and the developer will likely get nothing in return but a shitty 'Coder' rank that no one really cares about. You need to specify more and prove that you'll uphold your end of the deal if you're going to do this. Also, this is obligatory since someone is going to do it anyway;
