As you can hopefully see from above, my server "stutters". This only happens when the server has been on for a while, and a simple restart fixes it temporarily. The timescale doesn't seem to be effected.
I have two servers, and only one of them does this.

Do you host the servers or are they hosted elsewhere? Also, what would the time frame that this would start occurring [Rough Estimate]?
I host them myself on a server. As for the time of this occurring, I can only guess 3 hours.
