Its the same as my last thread [url]http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1077340-DarkRP-loading-weirdly[/url], but then I got ToxSin and it didn't work either. Then I realized that no gamemode (except for the one that come with gmod[TTT, Sandbox]) works correctly. The all get this error in the top right corner in red text that reads, "Lua cache could not be downloaded, Server is misconfigured"
I tried to do a fresh install of garrysmod, I even went as far as uninstalling steam and reinstalling.
The scoreboard turns into this

Hmmm... This happens to me sometimes aswell. What might help is running "dump_luafiles" in console then deleting all the dua files in garrysmod/garrysmod/cache.

I tried both and neither worked
the problem is that you aren't downloading the DUA files, usually cl_downloadfilter all fixes it. something else is giving you problems with downloading it.
Any ideas of what it could be? Like an addon?

That should be the lua cache....
