Can't interact with seats

I recently bought a Garry's Mod server, and the only problem I've had with it is that I can't pick up or sit in a seat. The jeep and Jalopy are fine, and the same with the PHX stuff, but when I spawn, let's say, an airboat seat, there's no way for me to pick it up, and I can walk right through it.

List of server addons:
Buoyancy
EasyPrecision
Exsto
Keypad
No Collide multi
Measuring stick
PHX SVN
Simple Prop Protection
Smartsnap
Smart Constraint
Stacker
Unbreakable
Weight stool
Wire SVN

I tried uninstalling all of these, but to no avail.

Counter-Strike: Source, Day of Defeat: Source, Portal, Team Fortress 2 and episodic content is also installed.

As you can see, the beam goes right through the chair.

I really hope someone can help me with this.

[b]Edit:[/b] NEVERMIND, after a couple of server restarts and adding and deleting stuff, it's now fixed. Could a moderator please delete this thread?
