Ok so I dont have Advanced Duplicator, Wiremod, PC Mod, etc. (Except the tools that come with Gmod) how do I get these tools for my tool gun

Go to the download page. It'll teach you how to use SVN. As for PCMod, nobody really uses it anymore.
PCMod isn't really that necessary, actually. It's kind of like a Windows 95 simulator and isn't that exciting.
Wiremod however, is very useful and though complicated, it really opens up GMod to a bunch of new things. Advanced Duplicator comes with Wiremod.
