I have a q about Gmod. I want to buy the game but before i want to ask. If i example have Left 4 Dead and not Left 4 Dead 2, can i use the characters for Left 4 Dead 2 ? or only the characters for the first one?
When you buy gmod you get to use no models what so ever without going through a long 3-6 hour importing process that is very complex and requires a lot of intelligent user input.

If you own L4D, then you will get all content from that game if its installed, you will get no content from L4D2 since you do not own it and thus garrysmod cannot get the data from the files.
