Im hosting my own dedicated server for Garrys Mod with the HLDS Update Tool, and when I'm in the server, wire doesn't work properly. I can still wire things with the standard Wire tool, but the little blue bar that shows what output or input you want to use isn't there. If I use the advanced wire tool, the menu is there, but I can't wire anything. The firing sound for the tool gun plays, but the animations don't and the wire porcess doesn't go anywhere. However, Wire will work for other people, because I've watched my friends wire a bunch of stuff on the server.
Wire does work on Singleplayer and I've updated all the svns to the most recent versions. I've even deleted all of the srcds folders, reinstalled them, and reinstalled the addons, making sure they were all up to date but it still does this.
