Garrysmod errors and pink/black squares

Since the recent update with gmod, my game seems to have gone dodgey..

When i join my server, all i get is loads of pink and black squares covering walls and floors and then lots of errors.

I haven't changed anything and it was working before hand..

Ive tried google'ing the problem and searching here but no luck, can anyone shed some light?

Make sure that CS:S or whatever games you've got is mounted. I had a problem where it just unmounted everything randomly.

How to i make sure there mounted?

Fixed.

I was just about to come here and post the same question as I _had_ the same issue.
I knew what Freze ment by mount the game content.

Just do this mate.
From the menu click Extensions, then game content.
And tick the Box for Counter Strike. Then quit and reload Gmod.
