When i try to download files off the site, it says "This file is being mirrored".
Is it just me or is it for everyone else?

Okay u don't have a problem downloading and uploading don't work the server has got a problem >.>
that's why Realistic colonies V1.9.3c is not on it >.>

so the S3 server that host files is crashed ?
I do not know what is going on, I do not upload files, I only download files.

yep but to download you need this server because all filles are on it.
So no upload or download possible.
also this problem started 8 hours ago ? (just cheked last download (it was 8 hours ago))
