I'm Not the Owner of My Server

Hello,

I've created my own server, after following [url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8HHk2rOa-JM&feature=related[/url].

The server works fine and all, with my friend being able to play with me. The only problem is the server doesn't think that I am the owner or an admin. I've already edited my users.txt file so that I am the super admin, and I removed the // so that it recognizes that. I've also tried installing ASSmod to no avail, as I'm not sure where to install it.
Even after doing all of this the server still doesn't think that I'm the owner.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong/how to fix this problem?

Not sure but I think you need to use Rcon password.
in console: rcon_password [ your rcon password here ]
then you should be able to perform any commands from console.
Also what admin mod you are using? if any?

Alright, so to install ASSmod, you need to extract it to the server addons folder.

Then, when in game type :

rcon_password "your password here" (to edit/set your rcon PW go to the server.CFG file and put in rcon_password "your password here"

Then type rcon ASS_giveownership 2
Then it'll say something about you're the owner...

I recommend you to use ULX or even your own admin mod because ASSmod seems to be glitchy (admin reseting every time you restart ETC)
