The Land of Bohemia - Garry's Mod

Once again, I present to you my humble server where few go, and even fewer stay. The Land of Bohemia is an RP server, which I'll be honest isn't all that different from other servers. There of course the dissidents, also known as mingebags. However with a staff of admins hand-picked by the owner, we do hope to provide you with help when needed. For the moment being, it's just a average DarkRP server. I do hope this doesn't mislead you to think that it isn't a good RP server. After all, the gamemode isn't what defines a good RP server, but rather the players, although in this case it may rather be the lack [b]of.[/b] The custom gamemode setting will be that of the 1950s, of a midwest town in the USA. There is a lot of custom content to be featured in the gamemode. Content includes, but is not limited to; -Siminov's WWII DOD Sweps -Mafia 2 Vehicles(ported by yours truly) -Sakarias Cars As for the features of the gamemode, there are quite a bit I am rather pleased with that are underway; -Radios so you can listen to something while on a Sunday drive -Alternate Detainment system for police -Harsh Death Penalties -Dynamic Political System, including adjustable taxes for things like properties and income. Rules are; #1 - Killing, in excess or otherwise for whatever reason is not punishable unless the given murderer is killing those who have just spawned. #2 - Police may not for any reason with hold visitors from prisoners. Nor for any crime may they be jailed for longer then 15 minutes. #3 - The police retain the right at any point to take you into custody for having a gun out without due cause. Firearm Regulations; -It is legal for a person to store a handgun, shotgun, or rifle at home without permit. However anything fully automatic requires permit from the mayor. In order to carry a handgun, which is the only weapon you may carry outside of your home, you required a signed permit from any officer of the law. The map usually says something about the community. Most minge-filled DarkRP servers run rp_downtown. As such, it's a highly avoided map. This runs evocity2, which is a less popular server usually used for CityRP and LifeRP games. It's an alright map, but I personally don't like it. Not going to judge based on it though. Original maps made for/by your community also give a different feel, as it shows you're committed, have a mapper (indicating you're large or skilled enough), and had some ideas not carbon copied from the popular trend. Also, you can tell that most HL2RP servers will either use City8 (or variants), City45, or some other variant under the input of "City#". If you see a server sporting one of these maps, chances are it's HL2RP. If you see a map with rp_atomic or rp_apocalypse, chances are it's a Severance, FalloutRP, or OutbreakRP game. See my point?
