ep1,2 and portal not loaded properly

I downloaded and installed half-life 2, half-life 2 episode1, half-life 2 episode2, and portal.
But, when I go on gmod I don't have the maps or textures! I have the props and npcs but I click on them and they don't spawn! I looked everywhere for help but I can't find any thing. Can someone help?

Go to extensions, then game content, and untick Ep1, Ep2, and Portal, then restart the game, retick them, and restart again. Might help.
