Why not just run it local with a MySQL database?
XAMPP is really easy to set up and you can use it's mysql database along with the admin gui for managing it.

Just as a warning with using XAMPP
DO NOT use it for release unless you modify the admin control panel setting to prevent people from connecting to the database with a default password. If you are not careful, anyone can do whatever they want to it.
