I would like to see a server addon for Sandbox that allows players to choose via a command or ulx command to PvP or not. If they choose not to, they do not damage to others and others do no damage to them. If they choose to PvP they can do damage/take damage from those who also have selected to PvP. There should also be a cooldown that might be configurable so a person can't spam the command and kill someone then change back.

Isn't this already in ULX. If not I'm sure its already been made and/or is very simple to make.
