So I had OA working on my server but yesterday a gmod update came out, I updated my server and now its stuck on "Parsing gameinfo" when I change it to sandbox it works fine? I tried re-installing OA, Same problem, could it be the SQL?

Yeah, I've got the same problem, can't get to understand why it stops at "parsing gameinfo"
