Clan name recently changed to FoTeM as we don't just RP we also have other things.
Right now we have a Gmod BuildRP server along with a Counter Strike:Source server. Once we get those two rolling we will be looking at expanding to a a city DarkRP server, and a builddm server. Our servers promote fun and friendly play. We're looking for admins to help us keep those that want to disrupt the fun out of our servers. We're open to new suggestions and ideas for our servers and the clan as a whole.

If you're hosting DarkRP, why not just get another CS:S instead?
I find hosting "semi-serious" servers quite stupid, because people will end up not roleplaying anyway.
I think you should either enforce roleplay or just don't enforce it.
Well okay there is some "roleplaying" involved but that's just some rules like:

[*]NLR.
[*]RDM.

That's about it, so there isn't any roleplaying going on, frankly.
We do enforce role play. What we define as semi-serious role play is keeping the role play lax. Not everyone needs to have a paragraph background story for their character and stuff. However we make sure everyone is RPing and talking ICly.

Stop selling admin. Selling admin is a bad thing.
While I agree with you servers cost money, and I didn't decide this, the reason I haven't' given something eery descriptive is because the servers are constantly being changed right now and wanted to wait while things settled down. On a further note I'll be gone for 2 and half weeks so I won't be here to respond or look at you guy's rants about how these servers are run :)

Yes, they cost money. Find a alternative to selling admin to getting that money.

Yeah maybe donations? People actually do donate for virtual money that doesn't aid them in life in any way! Paying for admin is a great thing if you want 8 year olds crying when they don't get their way. (Really, on a RP server a admin was like really 9 years old)
