For starters, coderhire actually meant you hire coders. Coderhigher doesn't even relate to hiring coders. This is someone who is trying to get known and most likely untrustworthy.
Yes, you could say they're trying to make it look like coderhire, but a 2.0 version would be someone coming up with a new name, with a professional feeling to it.
