I get this error whenever I start Gmod:'scripts/surfaceproperties.txt' (referenced by manifest file 'scripts/surfaceproperties_manifest.txt')
I've reinstalled gmod and done many other things.

What serious effect does it have on your gameplay?
Oh god! I forgot to mention that it freezes Gmod at the when it says loading at the bottom right.
I have to ctrl alt delete (Or atleast the Mac equivalent)
