Hey guys, so me and my friend one day just wanted to start a server. Basically what i want to know is.. what gaming server hosting provider is the best to purchase from.
Also were looking for someone to help set it up, we are willing to pay.

If you just want a server to play with somebody and nobody else, host a small one yourself or a hamachi LAN.
If you want to host a public server, pick where it should be hosted:
[url]www.xenonservers.com[/url] (As Suggested, US)
or
[url]www.ukgame.com[/url] (UK)
There are others which offer much larger areas, but I find that these two get your the best bang for buck. Also, they seem to be the least crashy.
I use this for over 2 years without any problems now, but what I got is a dedicated server...

Ok cool thanks guys. And yeah i wanted to buy one, we were thinking of setting up a Darkrp server, add some mods to it.
But also, do you guys know where i could find some people to help set up our server? For example, if i add a swep to the server, i have no idea how to code it to work with shipments so gun dealers can use it...
