My GMod is crashing whenever I play on any server. I've done a fresh install of GMod and still the same problem. Steam is on a seperate partition to my main programs but I don't think that's the problem. Does any one have any ideas on what could be the problem?
I only crash when I join a server.

Try -dxlevel 81 in launch options.
Specs aren't the problem:
2x AMD Athlon Dual Core 4200+
4GB DDR2 RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4350 (DX 9)
Specs arn't the problem here either. It worked for me.
Hmmm, I don't want to lose DX 9 but I'll give it a try.

Just tried it, and I'm still crashing when I join a server.
Have either of you tried a clean install of Garry's Mod? (renaming your garrysmod folder in steam/steamapps/<steamname>/garrysmod)

Happens to me, but not on servers, but on anything i do. The loading time is already 10+ minutes, and then after a few minutes of gameplay, it already crashes. It makes GMod not even worth loading up. Necrobump?
